i have become a penny pincher

oh man!!!!! the tailor over-exceeded my costume budget by 50%!!!!!!

i told her to try her very best to keep the cost below 300 and she agreed, and when i called her today she told me 450!!! she didnt tell me beforehand!!!! im really upset!! she said the stones are very expensive and she put a lot, and i know her workmanship is really good, but still!!!! she didnt inform me beforehand!!


I AM VERY VERY EXTREMELY POOR NOW. ):


for the past month, i have been trying to live on 20 cents a day.

hahaha, given ideal situations, it's actually possible.

i have cereal in my fridge for breakfast, 20 cents is to pay to take away hall breakfast, which i save for lunch. haha, and hall dinner is provided.

on days when i manage it, i feel very accomplished.

but i dont often get ideal situations, because a lot of days i am out during the time hall is serving dinner, and i have no food ):


someone also took my $2.50 comb!!!! ): ): ): i made my partner help me look for it but we didnt find it ):

so i bought a 40 cents comb. ):

and someone took the shoebrush that partner and i shared money to buy! i told him im not buying a new one.


to save money, i'm doing my own nails, didnt buy new fake lashes, and didnt buy hair accessories. haha



sigh. 2 weeks more!!!!! then comp will be over, and we can stop going for the semi and private checking lessons.
sigh. its crazily expensive okay.

a semi private lessons (2 couples) costs 20 per person
a private lesson (1 couple) costs 35 per person
tecnique classes are 125 for 8 lessons
normal latin classes are 100 for 12 lessons


at least costumes and accessories is a one off thing. i wont have to buy new ones for a long time. at least a year i think.
and no need to pay for lessons for new routines.
i think the next comp will be much cheaper, just need to pay registration fee and a few checking lessons. its hardest to start out!! but its okay, partner and i will get through this together!!!



well, a good thing is that ive completely cut off shopping for a while. because if i think about it, a 10 dollars shirt would pay for half a semi private class. haha
