all cos of cheerleading. tarbet house always like tt, rushing to prac just before comp. and lydia came down from rj to visit us. hmm.. sport's fest is next mon, tt's really quite soon.

and so are the 2nd gym trials. aiya.

my dad went to play some tennis/badminton game today and now he really believes that he's super fit and he's making plans to buy running shoes so that he can go running, as i quote from him, he said' i'm really quite impressed with myself!' hahahahha, my dad is super funny, and he was jumping around all the way home trying to get me to do boxing with him and reliving the days when he was a boxer. hahaha. that's my dad for you. XD

why is christmas taking so long to come?!?!? haha

this box of ko ko krunch tastes SALTY! yuck. i can actually taste the salt in there.

and there's a really yummy looking honeydew sitting in the kitchen.

except i dun think my mum would be too pleased if i chopped it open and ate it.

and i just realised that my house really doesn't stock food for people with bad throats.
during my search for a snack, i found chocolates, biscuits, chips, more chocolate, chocolate biscuits, instant noodles.

my mum's been telling me really inspirational stuff each time she goes for her homemaker's bible study or when she goes to g2/teban gardens to help out.

there're so many ordinary people who lead extraordinary lives.

and today she was talking about confession of sin. and tt was really interesting.

she was telling me bout wat her grp covered today and it was about why we should verbalise our confessions.we can argue that God is omnipresent and He will know even if we just confess it in our hearts. but my mum told me tt we have to rmb tt satan isn't all-knowing and so we verbalise it so that satan hears our declaration and he doesn't have a grip on us anymore. yepp, wasn't tt cool?

haha i feel like telling some of the stories but i haven't done RS. aiya just 1 then. XD

there was this lady who discovered that she has a fibroid in her womb but when her doctors scheduled an operation, they decided that it wasn't so serious that they had to remove the entire womb and so they decided to just remove that fibroid. when this lady got home, she felt God speaking to her and telling her to just remove the entire womb. and, by which i feel was a great leap of faith, she decided to do as God said.

when the operation was over, they sent the umm... stuff they removed for some tests. when the results came back, they told her that she'd actually had cancer cells in her womb. so by removing the womb, she'd cut off the cancer cells before they had a chance to spread.

wasn't that a 'wow' story? i think it's really amazing tt she decided to follow God's voice even tho the doctors told her it wasn't necessary.

i feel really full now cos i've been glugging water the whole night. and i've been needing the toilet every 15 mins. hahahaha

and shin is right. we should revive our gym blog. yupp, just tt i forgot the password tt that one. haha uh oh.

my dad, sis and i just trie to use binoculars to look at the fish tank. yes, the fish tank. all because the parent fish were blocking our view of the fry and we couldn't get too close or they'd get agitated.

so there we were, peering at the tank 1 m away with binoculars. haha.

it's raining!!!! yay, what nice weather.

i feel like snuggling up under the blankets with a good book and cookies.

makes ppl think abt this kind of ethical dilemna.

are parents who have a kid to save a sibling being good or bad parents?

makes me wonder what i'd do if i were in the position of the kid who has been donating blood and cells and organs and everything else to her sis ever since she was born.

hmm... shan't be a spoiler and say more.




next month is gonna be a crazy month.
sports fest in 2 weeks and gym comp in a month.

oh man, my sis just poured water on my head!!!!!!!!!!! crazy girl!! tt's it man. she's dead.

my hair is wet again, and now she's brandishing a scissors at my hair. oh man, this is my nightmare come true!!!

haha i just made my sis sound like an lunatic on the loose. but considering the number of times she's attempted to chop off locks of my hair or colour my hair red or something, this is certainly cause for worry.

during gym camp,fiona and i went to coffee club to eat a mud pie. super yummy!! and so ex, but as fiona and i decided, worth it. XD first time i've had coffee ice cream and i wasn't so sure tt i'd like it since i cant stand coffee but it didn't even taste like coffee!

shin's my newfound shopping buddy!!!! hooray!! when shin and i were trying to decide between the red, purple and white tank, jess was standing there and shouting 'get the yellow'. hahaha, and i got a pair of biscuit sized hoops. it feels rather heavy tho and i'm a bit afraid of something dumb happening like combing my hair and the earring together. aiya, dun care, it's nice.

food hunt was fun! the rhythmic gymmers in my grp were so cooperative man. oh, the part where we had to hold a pose at the mrt station was... painful. haha natasha and i did the lift the leg in the air thing and we were grabbing each other's shirts after just 30 seconds to keep the leg there. after 2 mins plus, jess and lim jie decided to be kind to us and let us change pose, so we did bridge for the next 1 and a half mins. oh man. so dizzy!!! i was seeing jess dance around us upside down. haha, qte interesting to watch people walk around upside down. someone took a picture of our grps's pose, qte nice actually. feng yue wanted to do handstand for the entire 4 mins. thank goodness she didn't.

for about 2 seconds when i woke up this morning, i totally blanked out and looking back, it was quite a nice feeling not to think about anything for a while.

i had a good much needed amt of alone time at g2 today while waiting for jess to finish her follow up with mel. g2's garden is very conducive for sorting out thoughts and praying and basically thinking about things. yepp.

1. i came home today to find my toilet super wet and messy. reason? A couple of the scouts doing their job week thing came over and attempted to mop the place. hahahah, and in pouring away the water, they messed up the toilet and my mum had to clean up after them. HAHA, my dad wasted his thirty bucks. haha, oh wellz, it happens every year. and then my dad will dig out all his scout badges and everything amd ask them A LOT of questions about scouts now and all that. hahaha

2. hooray, it's the hols!!! XD This should be self explanatory.


3. went down to church yest to do the r-age awareness thing but it was quite slack and so, josiah, joshua, joong yan and i went to the playground to play. we were like little kids man. playing hopscotch!!!! and scissors paper stone and some other dumb games. hahaha, so fun. XD

oh and over dinner, we played the game that mrs lee taught us in UK. the 'open close open close' one. hahaha, i was so proud of myself tt i understood 1 game man. cos i was clueless as to what was going on most of the time, haha

4. mel and i realised that we've been in close proximity for very long but just didn't know it. she stays so close to me, we danced in the same sch for so long and we just found out today that we performed in the same concert together too! haha, how cool.

5. countdown to gym trials. 2 days!!! oh man. tmr's the last training!! how can???

6. jess and i tried to teach the cell the clapping game that my class loves to play. HAHA, it was so messy and so slow and everyone was clapping out of beat.

exams are over, for this term at least.

we watched some sweet movie during chinese today. one of those pretty cliche romance movies but still nice. haha, it felt a bit like post EOYS man. and the exams've barely started. in the next 2 terms, we'll have to take bout 37 tests which is about 2 per week.

madness.

gym trials on tues. i've been wondering about how i'd react if i don't get in. haha i dun noe...

suddenly i miss scream cell very much. r.i.p is great but i just miss having cell with scream on sat nights. haha

during the french paper on wed, i realised tt i lent my watch to my sis!!!! and there was no clock at the front of the class. there was a clock behind the class but there was a guy right behind me so i couldn't possibly turn around during the exam. i almost died. haha, i realised only during the listening compre and so i was worrying bout the watch thing and i realised tt the radio had already finished reading 1 or 2 passages but it's ok cos no one understood what the person was saying anyway and the class just started laughing.

had a cool talk with my mum this week. been talking to her more recently. and she was sharing about her homemaker's cell group and the struggles and encouragements. and i was thinking tt it was really cool tt my mum shares this kind of thing with me. XD

hmm.... i need to pray more. i've been rushing a bit this week and getting distracted with sudden rushes of panic of how to test for sulphates or something like tt. >< and i have to keep reminding myself to focus on the right thing.

thank God for all the encouraging ppl from sch and cell and gym. all the smses, chats, phone calls and prayers are very very much appreciated. XD

my sis is at camp!!! and it's very weird to not have her around. haha, no one to fight with about who has to turn off the lights at night. ( yea man, we fight abt tt bout once a week, hahaha) and no one to talk to before i go to sleep.

it feels like a million years since i last went to church. and i'm supposed to be doing math PT now. haha.

where's my sis when i need her man?

Our cell is going to do R-age awareness next week! That's pretty cool but i don't really know what we're supposed to do. and as mel was saying, it's our first and last project together as a cell since we split into all-girls and all- guys today.

i found out that 1 subway cookie has about 2 times the amt of fat as compared to a 6 inch sub. wow. and the double choc isn't even the most fattening, the white chip one is the worst. jess is gonna be shocked. haha

and i think this french controle is gonna be super hard. i cant study for anything tt's tested besides vocab. oh no!!!

my new seating arrangement place is colder than the artic man. i brought double jackets to sch and out of the 6 of us in that spot, huiwen and chelsia have already gotten a bad nose. it was super funny when one morning, huiwen whipped out an entire box of tissues for her nose. HAHA!!!

and cheryl lynn, chelsia and i are crazy bout cereal i tell u. we eat cereal everyday. it's madness. hahaha, milk and berry stars, honey stars, ko ko krunch. YUMMY!!!! XD
