written on the day we went to paul's house but posted late.


YAY! XD jess and I went to paul's house to put up welcome banners and stick balloons around. XD then we started blowing up balloons and jess finished up the banner tt said' welcome home lee family esp paul'

and then.... i burst like a thousand balloons and out of 1 and a half packets, we managed only 4. then 1 flew off and i didn't chase fast enough and it landed, IN THE SEWER!!!! HAHAHHAAH and i climbed in after the balloon but i gave up when it when it went under the sheltered part, and here i have to give jess credit for climbing in after tt balloon into the drain and according to her the drain was filled with those white pointy stalacites and stalagmites and she insists that it was a great sacrifice on her part. and then she came up declaring herself sewerman (superman)

afterwhich, jess finished the banner IN THE RAIN!!!! so i held the umbrella open while she coloured the words in. and jess was telling me to shelter the banner more. hahaha, then we prayed for the rain to stop and praise the Lord, it did!!!!! and taking advantage of the fine weather, we quickly cling wrapped the banner. XD

soon after i think it started to drizzle again and jess, being totally not satisfied with 4 lousy balloons, decided to go door to door to demand balloons from poor paul's neighbours. ok , not demand, ask in the sweetest voice possible. XD and house 23 was so nice to give us 5 yellow balloons.

then we started putting the banner up and i realised tt their gate was not locked, so we rang the doorbell a couple of times to see if anyone was home. seeing no one, we concluded tt paul's house has special security tt would set the alarms off the minute you step in. but then it started to pour really heavily and the balloons started flying off and so, we decided tt hanging them on the sheltered front door was safer. XD and so... we BROKE IN!!!! hahahaha, we were pasting balloons on the front door when there was this car which drove right up. and out came a lady walking to paul's house and we were all 'uh oh'. i think we almost killed her from shock. haha, she was asking us what we were doing and we were trying to explain tt we were welcoming paul back. and then she asked us which sch we were from, and the dripping wet, scruffily dressed us sheepishly said rgs. and jess added ' i feel really smart today' haha. but her aunt was really nice and she said tt we should remove the banner first coz it would get wet ( our cling wrapping skills weren't tt great) and then she would help us put it up tmr.

then she gave us sweets for being so sweet. hahaha!!! XD and we passed her our bag of sweets for paul and the guardian angel letter. XD then she asked us to come in and sit and she so kindly gave us a lift to bishan mrt station. hahah she thought we were loan sharks cos of our pasting stuff on the door and the mess we created outside the front gate. HAHAHA!!!

anyway, we had real fun! hooray! but i cant post this till after paul gets home. XD

SO FUN!!! XD XD XD and how did she guess it was us? >< her aunt must have broken her promise not to tell. hahaha
