but the amount of Singaporean female bashing is quite amazing. so many ppl are just going on and on about how shallow and materialistic sg girls are compared to her, and how girls should wake up and learn from her etc.


i do agree that it's a lovely relationship they have, but seriously. how does it link to then slamming all other girls for their choices?


so what if some ladies don't want to date blue collared workers?


maybe I can ask a few more questions to make it clearer:

so what if some guys/girls don't want to date tall/short people?
so what if some guys/girls don't want to date fat/thin people?
so what if some guys/girls don't want to date dancers/doctors/cleaners/whateverprofession?



a life partner is such a personal choice.


so how is it fair that they are just picking on one attribute?


some people even say that these girls are so materialistic that even a white collared worker wouldnt want to date them.

so... if a guy likes dating tall girls, and won't give shorty girls a glance, then the tall girls should be offended by his shallow character and not want to date him?


NO RIGHT?


maybe the guy likes his girl to be able to touch the rim of the basketball hoop, maybe the girl likes her guy to be able to be able to pamper her.

i think it's acceptable that everyone has their own tastes, especially in such a personal matter




all in all, it was a really sweet love story, but its been turned into ammunition to shoot other people. which is not very nice.
